Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a technical, product, or talent role within a fast-paced or matrixed organization

Proven success in building leadership capabilities through various initiatives

Strong understanding of technical team dynamics and performance management for player-coach leaders

Experience in designing or facilitating innovative learning formats beyond traditional workshops

High emotional intelligence and business acumen to effectively engage with leaders
