What You'll Do :

Analyze sales and financial data to highlight trends and opportunities

Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases that support strategic decisions

Collaborate across departments to improve sales processes and profitability

Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership through reporting and presentations

Help streamline reporting processes and evaluate ROI on key initiatives

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

2+ years of experience in financial or sales analysis (open to diverse backgrounds in analytics)

Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems like Dynamics (or similar tools)

Strong communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration

Ability to simplify data and tell the story behind the numbers
