The Senior Manager, Real Estate - Estimating plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by delivering accurate, timely, and strategic cost estimates. This position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, schedule, and budget, while also driving innovation through AI-enabled solutions and continuous process improvement. As a key contributor to the Estimating Team, the Estimator ensures cost transparency, supports new concept development, and helps maintain the integrity of forecasting models critical to enterprise growth.

This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our estimating models and ensuring timely support for new initiatives. This associate will help balance workload, maintain data fidelity, and ensure rapid response to evolving business needs. It's also a key driver of innovation, responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions that elevate our estimating capabilities and reduce friction across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
