Anesthesiologist Locums Job in Jasper, Indiana

Dates of Assignment : December 9-10, December 15-17, December 21, December 24, December 26, December 29-January 2, January 13-16, January 18, future dates if available for these

Details of Assignment :

Active Indiana license required, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / call hours : 3pm - 7am (secondary)
Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home)
Cases required : General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
One MD / two CRNA position
EMR : EPIC - 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background / history / active license
