Hospital located a few hours Northeast of Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Interim Human Resources Director to join their team. Competitive pay and benefits. Please see below.

Pay : $80.00 / hour

Interim Human Resources Director Opportunity :

  • Leading the human resources department, developing, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals
  • Interim Human Resources Director will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment

Interim Human Resources Director Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interim HR Director must have experience in healthcare, preferably hospital settings
  • Leadership experience
