Inventory Lead – Distribution Center

Location : Miami, FL

Salary : $50,000 – $55,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Lead to join our Distribution Center team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems, strong reporting and analytical skills, and the ability to lead daily inventory operations efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Manage inventory transactions through WMS and ERP platforms.

Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies and improve processes.

Supervise and train team members to ensure consistent performance.

Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to streamline workflow.

Support cycle counts, audits, and compliance procedures.

Requirements :

3–5 years of inventory or warehouse operations experience.

Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Compensation :

$50,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience.
