Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Materials Management to lead all aspects of materials planning, procurement, fabrication, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics at our New Richmond facility. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving cost efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction through effective supply chain and materials strategies. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep expertise in materials management within a complex manufacturing environment.

Additional Information

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $140,000 / per year.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree / credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
