This role offers the chance to provide high-quality care to an underserved patient population in a supportive, team-based environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 5 years of APP experience - recent experience (in the last 12 months) in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required

Active NC license with Medicare / Medicaid enrollment
