ABOUT THE ROLE
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, every day is a new adventure! You start by visiting clients' homes to learn about their unique needs. Armed with your expertise and sales savvy, you craft custom storage solutions that transform their spaces. From in-home consultations with clients to confidently presenting designs to architects and builders, you're the expert they rely on. Back at the showroom, you finalize layouts and oversee project details to ensure every client is thrilled with the results.
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of success
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients over the phone and in person
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about home organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2C sales, custom work, and/or related fields
