A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage claims and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Efficiently process and file new claims, evaluating loss information for accurate categorization
Address customer inquiries, provide claim determinations, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Accurately enter claim details, process transactions, and maintain timely updates to customer records
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or support roles
Ability to handle high-volume call situations
Familiarity with data entry and transaction processing
Willingness to work a fixed schedule including Saturdays
