The Senior Execution Program Manager is a key member of the Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST) Low-Rate Production (LRP) leadership team and will support multiple production contracts. The Senior Execution Program Manager will work closely with the MST LRP Program Manager and the program team to support NAVAIR's need to integrate seeker technology into a modernized TACTOM missile, providing increased long-range Surface Warfare capability to the U.S. Navy. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting program execution by leveraging Program Management Plans, processes, metrics, and tools; recommending and implementing best practices; and working directly with IPT leads, CAMs, and a multi-functional team to drive the day-to-day program execution and battle rhythm. The selected candidate will also assist in ensuring that program execution meets cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. In addition to developing, implementing, and tracking key program metrics, the Senior Execution Program Manager will ensure consistent, coordinated, and accurate reporting to the customer. Additionally, you will work with program leadership to develop and document program strategies and plans, then monitor those plans to ensure successful completion. The Senior Execution Program Manager will coordinate work through various stages of program execution, including proposals, contract start-up, program execution, and contract closeout.
This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ site. Relocation is NOT available currently.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
