• 6+ years of UX research experience, ideally across multiple industries (banking preferred).
• Strong quantitative research skills (e.g., survey design, data analysis, interpretation).
• Proven experience with usability testing and applying design principles.
• Highly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative mindset - open to feedback, eager and confident to share work in progress.

Qualifications

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00 / hr.
