• Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing-Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency\n
• Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency\n
• Location : Louisville, KY, and surrounding areas\n
• Contract Duration : 13-week Contract, possibility to extend upon successful completion\n
• Employment Type : Full-Time, 40 hours per week\n
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities\n
• Weekend Rotation : Typically one weekend per month (dependent upon territory)\n
• Productivity : 30-32per week, up to 35 visits per week\n
• Compensation : Hourly pay (not by visit), negotiable based on territory and experience, blended pay packages available for travelers\n
• Mileage Reimbursement : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected\n

• Active KYRegistered Nurse (RN)License : Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.\n
• Active BLS Certification : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association.\n
• Home Health Experience : Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience.\n
