Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our client in the manufacturing industry in Hopkins, MN. This is a temporary contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in accounts receivable processes and your knowledge of NetSuite. In this role, you will play an integral part in maintaining accurate records, driving collections, and ensuring seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoicing & Billing : Prepare, issue, and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Collections : Monitor outstanding balances, process payments, and follow up with clients on past-due accounts to maintain strong cash flow.
• Customer Interaction : Take inbound and outbound calls to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Database Entry & Filing : Manage digital and physical records of accounts receivable activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Problem Solving : Partner with other departments to address and resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• NetSuite Expertise : Navigate and utilize the NetSuite system for accounts receivable processing, generating reports, and maintaining accurate financial data
