A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for users of their software.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets and self-service resources focused on product knowledge
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop structured training materials
Enhance content quality and adapt training as the product evolves
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or technical software environments
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Camtasia)
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate ideas clearly
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
