Descripción del trabajoSupport multiple functions within the collections department based on shifting team needs Implement feedback and performance adjustments in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures for account handling Communicate professionally with internal teams and adapt to role changes as needed Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule with adjusted weekday hours 1+ year administrative or call center support experience Ability to work independently and meet productivity benchmarks Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet Must be flexible to switch roles or responsibilities within the collections team Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Internal CRM or collections platform (training provided) Secure internet access via hardwired connection if Wi-Fi is unstable Demonstrated adaptability in changing work environments Strong communication and follow-through in a hybrid work model Prior experience in collections or finance operations

Compensation & Schedule
- $20–$22 / hr
- Monday–Friday 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6; Saturday rotation 8–12 with flex
- W2 Contract
- Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025
ROLE IMPACT
Join a dynamic collections team supporting a major transition effort through Q3 2026. This role provides exposure to multiple functions within the collections department, offering valuable experience and cross-training opportunities. Flexibility, adaptability, and accountability are key to succeeding in this hybrid support role.
