• Set up and operate CNC equipment (lathes and mills) to produce precise components.
• Track job performance, making in-process adjustments to maintain optimal throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and to resolve machining challenges.
• Train, coach, and reinforce best practices in machining and shop safety.
• Perform frequent in-process inspections to verify parts meet drawings and specifications.
• Keep the work area organized and compliant with all safety standards and company policies.
