Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Part-time

• The Position :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled OT to start with part-time hours, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role at our North Mayfair clinic. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering critical, play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area. This position is perfect for individuals looking for flexibility with the potential for increased hours and responsibilities over time. Once the role expands to full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package will be available, including :

_Hourly rate will initially reflect part-time status and will be adjusted to align with full-time expectations as hours and responsibilities grow._

The first step in our interview process is a video chat with a member of our recruiting team. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how our OTPs are helping children take their next steps.
