Descripción del trabajoBecome an expert in your specialized area of focus. Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle. Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling. Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours. Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development. Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence. This is an action-driven , high-intensity environment designed to prepare you to become and succeed as a full-time agent. The expectation is for top performers to transition into a full-time CRE Agent role at ELIFIN®, where income potential is uncapped and tied directly to your results. Each agent specializes in a certain type of property and location ranging from selling multi-million-dollar apartment buildings to leasing retail space out to the city’s hottest new restaurant. From leasing office space to some of the world’s largest corporations to selling large industrial warehouses. And those are just a few of the specialties. - High Opportunity The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a focused, two-month immersion designed for individuals who are ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage.
This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program , and who want to hit the ground running with real skills, mentorship, and momentum.
