Key Responsibilities

Develop and provide an approved syllabus that includes course objectives

Utilize online technologies and software to enhance course accessibility and student engagement

Prepare and evaluate examinations, ensuring alignment with course objectives and providing timely feedback

Required Qualifications

A Master's or PhD in Speech, Communications, Debate, Rhetoric, or Intercultural Communications with 18+ graduate credit hours in relevant coursework

Prior higher education teaching experience is required, particularly in first-year student success

Solid subject matter expertise and outstanding motivational skills

Knowledge of MS Office products

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment and a strong work ethic
