Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and innovative Food Operations Manager to join our growing team at Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter Florida and take the next step in their career. With a strong focus on retail excellence, attention to detail, and driving sustainable growth, this role will be instrumental in supporting our expansion efforts. As we prepare for the opening of a new patient tower in 2026 and a full kitchen renovation and expansion, the opportunities for career advancement are significant.

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in retail leadership, a proven track record of successfully driving retail programs, a solid understanding of production planning, and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative initiatives.

This position will coordinate the activities of buyers and support staff engaged in purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery and supplies in the organization. They will prepare instructions regarding purchasing policies and procedures and directs purchasing programs accordingly. They will also establish procedures to accomplish the procurement of a variety of materials in a cost-effective manner.

What You'll Do

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• Successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• Develop strategic plans;
• Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
• Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
