We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager candidates to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in sales management. Also, someone who is not afraid to jump in and work with your team to develop them.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build the next generation of top performers!
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-centric approach daily.
  • Inventory Management : Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales.
  • Training and Development : Conduct training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
  • Performance Analysis : Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management : Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets at a dealership.
  • Strong leadership, mentor / coach and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and tools.
  • High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity.
