Program Management Lead

A company is looking for a Program Management Lead - Content Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide program-level planning, integration, and governance across Content Transformation initiatives

Oversee cross-functional delivery, ensuring execution rigor and achievement tracking across multiple workstreams

Establish a standardized reporting framework to track transformation progress and outcomes at the program level

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 3 years, Master's degree and 5 years, Bachelor's degree and 7 years, Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience in program or portfolio management

Experience in enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles

Preferred Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, or Organizational Leadership

PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP certification preferred

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within regulated industries is preferred
