Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, including staff management, scheduling, and patient flow
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and coordinating with insurance companies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
• Work closely with the dental team to optimize office efficiency and productivity
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the dental office
