  • Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program
  • Board certified candidates only
  • Masters degree (MBA, MPH or equivalent) preferred.
  • Current Texas license helpful
  • Familiarity with EPIC (EMR) helpful
  • Five years experience as a Hospitalist medical director, associate medical director, or other leadership position within a Hospitalist group.
  • Relational / collaborative leadership, operational acumen, strategic thinker with the ability to execute key initiatives.
