Massachusetts Licensed Care Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Care Management for Senior Care Options South 1.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee implementation and monitoring of care management programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Provide direct oversight and development for care management staff, enhancing team collaboration and professional growth

Manage departmental resources and participate in corporate initiatives to support organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license

National Certification in Case Management preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; BA / BS degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in a clinical setting; experience in managed care systems preferred

2-3 years of experience in managing and leading a team
