Manufacturing Recruiter (temporary position)

Location : Hendersonville NC

Pay Range : $25-35 / hour Full-Time (40 hours / week)

What Youll Do

• Partner with hiring managers : Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates : Use creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates through job boards networking and hiring events.
• Screen and interview : Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : Guide candidates from application through onboarding.
• Build relationships : Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay informed : Keep up-to-date on manufacturing recruitment best practices and workforce trends.
