Lesser experienced reps can expect between $28,000-30,000 in salary and earn an additional $15,000+ in commissions / bonuses. More experienced reps can expect between $31,000-36,000 and earn an additional $20,000+ in commissions / bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for business via telephone, texting or emailing, networking, and lead sources, including social media.
• Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve any issues.
