This role is ideal for someone who combines automotive technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. You’ll support builders and car enthusiasts by providing product guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and managing orders with care and precision. As a trusted service advisor, you’ll deliver technical support, educate customers on our industry-leading products, drive sales, and build lasting relationships. What You Will Do :

• Provide technical assistance and product information on QA1 / Detroit Speed products to end users and dealers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders through multiple channels (i.e., phone, email, fax, electronic data interface).
• Share product cross-reference information, current pricing, and delivery details with customers.
• Communicate with the production team to obtain relevant ETA and delivery updates for out-of-stock items.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of QA1 Brands products and services, as well as the automotive industry.
• Handle end-user and dealer inquiries or complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records, contacts, orders, and RMAs in the company ERP system.
• Identify new opportunities and qualify them before passing them to account managers.
• Periodically attend and represent QA1 / Detroit Speed at trade shows, company events, and customer visits to engage with stakeholders and promote products.
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.
