Descripción del trabajoPatient Demographics : General primary care population Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine outpatient only EMR System : EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available : Standard primary care equipment Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Nurse practitioners in outpatient settings Reason for Coverage : Growth and expansion of physician services Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Licensure reimbursement (license, CSR, DEA), dues, subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation reimbursement (negotiable) REQUIRED PROCEDURES General outpatient primary care Licenses : Active Indiana license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience : Open to all experience levels Other Qualifications : Supportive system for mentorship and development; EPIC proficiency Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population Collaborate with other system physicians in a collegial and growth-oriented practice Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation Contribute to the expansion of p
