    • Role Description :

    As an Insurance Account Representative, youll connect customers with our exceptional services. Your ability to build meaningful relationships and understand customer needs will drive our growth. Youll actively market insurance and financial products, ensuring clients have the protection they deserve.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide clear, engaging information about our insurance products.
  • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and changes.
  • Address inquiries promptly, providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions for seamless service.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.

    • As an Agent Team Member, You Will Receive :

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
