Registered Nurse / RN - Neuro ICU - Up to $15k Sign On Bonus

NEW Neuro ICU RN Central Florida

Step into a high-acuity Neuro ICU role where you ll make a real impact on patient outcomes. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a 10-bed unit within a Level I Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center, alongside a collaborative, patient-centered team.

What You ll Do :

Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to Neuro ICU patients

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery plans

Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes

What We re Looking For :

RN with active Florida or multistate license (compact accepted)

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (strong Med / Surg considered)

BLS (within 30 days) and ACLS (within 90 days) required

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

Strong desire to learn and commitment to patient outcomes

Compensation & Incentives :

• Salary range : $30-$45 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for Nights
