Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our clients' tax matters. You will collaborate with clients, providing expert guidance on various tax issues while also supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities including individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps.
• Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize benefits.
• Mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication regarding tax matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and GAAP principles that may affect clients.
• Assist with IRS audits and inquiries as needed.
