The Principal Full Stack DevSecOps Engineer will work with software engineers and Data Scientists to design, implement, and deploy complete systems, ensuring they meet cybersecurity requirements and best practices. The engineer will bring a security first focus to the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of full stack software products that typically include front end web frameworks, back-end services, micro services, databases, and all associated cloud infrastructure required to deploy and maintain the solution. This engineer will help ensure that our software, systems and infrastructure are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. By serving as a point of contact to Cybersecurity teams, performing technical security assessments, code reviews and vulnerability testing, they will highlight risk and remediate associated findings while helping T-Mobile teams and partners improve security.

Base Pay Range : $129,400 - $233,400

Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
