Paralegal

Multidisciplinary law firm seeks experienced paralegal to assist in planning and transactional practice.

Disciplines this law firm helps with HNWI or / and Business owners : Tax Planning, Insurance, Asset Protection Planning, Business Planning, Estate Planning, Outside General Counsel, Venture Capital & Fund formation.

Responsibilities

• Formation of entities;
• Drafting of preliminary estate planning documents;
• Organization of client files and assets;
• Coordination with other client advisors; and
• Other attorney support as needed.

Qualifications

Four year degree preferred, but not required

Excellent written and communication skills

Attentive to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects

Strong background in Microsoft Office including, PowerPoint and Excel; proficient with Adobe Suite of products.
