Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven, people-first HR Recruiter who loves helping teams grow, solving people puzzles, and fostering inclusive, engaging work environments. This role blends recruiting, culture, and operations—perfect for someone who thrives in talent acquisition, enjoys team building, and gets excited about systems and analytics. You'll help shape a positive employee experience while supporting hiring efforts across all of our Es Vedra Cinemas locations. Our HR Team is at the heart of it all—ensuring we attract, develop, and retain amazing talent who bring our venues to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process from initial job analysis to onboarding our new team members at the corporate and venue-level.
• Own logistics around candidate communication and offer processes to ensure a timely and consistent experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), auditing for data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with General Managers and other Operational Leaders to accurately track staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Champion a candidate-centric hiring journey that feels warm, welcoming, and aligned with our brand.
• Research and collaborate on local hiring events, brand activations, and community partnerships.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance trends.
• Assist with building dashboards and report summaries to provide insights to HR and leadership.
• Help respond to venue manager questions related to recruiting systems and processes.
• Support special HR Team projects and initiatives around recruiting, onboarding, recognition, or engagement as needed
• Other duties as assigned
