Business Operations Vice President

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Business Operations (kW Mission Critical).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee successful project delivery and support P&L management, including revenue generation and project margins

Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational consistency and promote best practices in project delivery

Monitor staff performance and billability, addressing any deficiencies in project execution

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of relevant experience

BA / BS Degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Business, or a related field

Experience in project management or a related role

Strong understanding of project financials and team dynamics

Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on accountability and commitment
