This position is located at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint, ID. Please note that we currently do not offer work visas. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Position Overview :

The Lead Financial Analyst plays a critical role within our resort finance team. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations and assisting the VP of Finance with ongoing strategic needs. Key responsibilities include supporting the annual budget, forecasting, monthly financial close and reporting, as well as delivering ad-hoc analyses. We seek a motivated, self-directed individual who is comfortable engaging with team members at all levels in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation, review, and distribution of monthly consolidated reporting packages for resort leadership

Ensure accurate financial reporting and empower business leaders to make informed decisions based on reliable data.
