You are valued here.\n\nA Brief Overview\n\nAs a critical member of our healthcare team, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care, develop care plans, and ensure patients and their families receive physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n
• Deliver patient care by implementing nursing care plans, coordinating with healthcare team members, and providing holistic support to patients and families.\n
• Create personalized nursing care plans through thorough assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.\n
• Educate patients and their families on care goals, medications, and self-management skills to enhance health outcomes.\n
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure alignment with established health standards.\n
• Maintain a safe and compliant patient care environment by following all regulations and protocols, prioritizing safety.\n
• Document all patient care activities to ensure accurate health records.\n
• Oversee patient care equipment to ensure functionality and report any issues as necessary.\n
• Monitor stock levels of patient care supplies and promptly place orders to ensure availability.\n
