A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals
Track transaction activity and prepare necessary documentation and forecasts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Experience with industrial transactions is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Advanced math skills for financial calculations
