Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enablement programs focused on technical learning experiences for go-to-market teams

Manage end-to-end program execution and coordinate blended learning programs

Track engagement and measure the business impact of enablement programs

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Program Management

Proven experience in designing learning programs for technical audiences

Hands-on experience with Highspot, LMS, or related learning / content management platforms

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Data-driven mindset to measure and communicate learning impact
