AVP, Rewards Marketing
Synchrony is seeking a bold, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to join our OnePay Marketing organization. This role will be at the center of defining and executing personalized lifecycle marketing strategies that drive activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey. The ideal candidate will bring a fintech startup mindset and should be equally comfortable designing customer journeys, partnering with analytics and product teams to unlock personalization, and executing omnichannel campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Essential responsibilities include developing, executing, and optimizing personalized lifecycle marketing programs, leading journey design, testing, and automation across email, SMS, mobile app, and digital channels, and working directly with OnePay to build a trust-based relationship to execute on joint growth and engagement plans.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing campaigns, or a high school diploma / GED and 8+ years of experience in the same fields. Strong knowledge of Workfront navigation, data-driven marketing, and experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns are also required.
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.
Eligibility requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and being willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
