Midtown OBGYN is a patient-focused healthcare practice committed to excellent care and clear communication. We’re looking for an Insurance Verification & Patient Benefits Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Do :
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
- Contact insurance companies to confirm coverage and resolve issues.
- Calculate and share cost estimates with patients for upcoming visits or procedures.
- Clearly explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients.
- Document all communications in the EMR and work with staff to ensure accurate information.
