Estia a high end Greek restaurant is looking for a beverage manager. You will help operate our restaurants on a day to day basis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of station
- Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation
- Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
- Communicate with fellow managers on any issues.
- Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and reservations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Restaurant management or supervisory experience requiredBasic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machineEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills5 day work weeks approximately 40-45 hours. Weekly Pay. 50% covered Healthcare Quarterly profit sharing bonuses
