  • MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
  • All clinicians must badge in and out at facility.
  • This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles
  • General job duties. Types of procedures required. Provide speech, language, cognitive and swallowing evaluation and treatment to adult acute care, inpatient Rehab and / or outpatients. Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. Electronic medical record. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Minimum 1 year clinical experience. Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, North Dakota licensure. BLS - must be AHA Shift or schedule requirements. Monday to Friday 8 am -4 : 30 pm. No weekends. Floating to other units / departments. primary inpatient, with some outpatient Dress Code : Business casual. Tell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program. EMR training (Epic), hospital orientation, department specific orientation.
