Description :

Annual hospital deliveries : 4690

Anticipated OBHG deliveries – Unassigned

patients vs Private patients : 49 unassigned

annually

Current LampD coverage model : Pseudo

laborist program via local group for unassigned

NICU level : III

Anesthesia coverage model : 24 / 7

in-house

Residency programs that would

rotate through OBED / LampD and plan for OBHG involvement : Family Medicine

Clinic / outpatient

responsibilities if any : none

Who will provide back up to OBHG in

the event of multiple emergencies OB / Gyn Call Schedule? : Community providers

Gyn responsibilities : Emergent

1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
