Job Summary :
The Interactive Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion across multiple channels. This role supports the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Engagement & Activation teams to design and optimize personalized campaigns that align with marketing strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, and mobile channels.
Develop and execute testing strategies (A / B and multivariate) to improve performance and ROI.
Analyze campaign results and generate actionable insights to optimize customer journeys and campaign workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Data & Analytics, Martech, and Development to execute digital campaigns effectively.
Ensure all campaigns align with email best practices, CRM standards, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous process improvements in campaign design, delivery, and reporting.
Participate in capability development, technology enhancement, and CRM data analysis initiatives.
Required Experience :
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including B2B / B2C campaign design and optimization.
At least 1 year of experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, or Eloqua.
Proven ability to execute data-driven campaigns and interpret performance analytics.
Hands-on experience creating and managing automated customer journeys and workflows.
Preferred Experience :
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based project management.
Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
Required Skills :
CRM and marketing automation expertise (Salesforce, Eloqua, or Marketo).
Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
