RCS Analyst

A company is looking for an RCS-Analyst responsible for managing accounts receivable for healthcare entities.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve accounts receivable issues including provider enrollment, claim submission, and patient collections

Work on denials and front-end rejections from payers, determining necessary next steps for account resolution

Adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards to support operational goals

Qualifications

High School diploma required; insurance and / or follow-up experience preferred

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician billing strongly preferred

Working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations is necessary

Ability to take initiative and meet objectives
