This is a critical leadership role on a nationally significant defense program, offering stability, visibility, and real influence over delivery and outcomes.

This position suits a Program Manager who is comfortable operating in highly regulated, schedule-driven environments and leading cross-functional teams through complex manufacturing programs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end program execution from contract award through delivery
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources (WBS, EVM)
• Act as primary customer interface and escalation point
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory standards, and internal governance
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and financial reviews
• Validate cost estimates, production plans, and execution strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and advise senior leadership
