About the Role

The primary role of the QA Analyst includes conducting call and file reviews for assigned business units, participating in monthly calibration sessions, gathering and analyzing data and reports, and evaluating workflows. This role also supports the development of training and best practices, collaborates across teams to maintain quality and consistency, and contributes to projects that enhance the organization's overall effectiveness.

The Day-to-Day

  • Perform thorough call and file reviews while consistently meeting production targets and milestones.
  • Analyze QA review results to identify patterns and trends, providing clear, actionable feedback that supports continuous improvement across business units.
  • Complete monthly workflow assignments on time, while proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline QA processes and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with business units as a trusted resource on QA-related matters, ensuring policies, procedures, and practices align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution by promoting collaboration and constructive dialogue.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources based on QA findings.
  • Contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-team collaborations to strengthen overall QA practices.
  • Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial services or insurance required.
  • Underwriting experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment.
  • Proven capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
